So last weekend, I did a polish up and a longer ride with one of my riding mates. The RD ran just fine. This weekend I'm off the Dgr thing. (Maybe I'm secretly hipster).
This fall ill get serious with the engine. I want to swap the cilinders to get rid of the broken coolingfins. During this time I'll match (blue print) the cilinders, raise the timing and compression a bit and place higher flowing yz85 membranes.
I'm still debating if I should swap to 30mm carbs (Oko or Polini, which are keihin clones). If there's time left I'll start making the mold for a New rear swing arm (15mm longer, stiffer and different suspension mount to increase the negative stroke). Still lots of ideas.
But first a summer of riding!
