I know I know! But the knife that lives closest isn't particularly sharp (breadknife - it's the only one that fits there!) and it would be quite hard for me to get any knife actually onto the cable left handed! I wasn't going to cover it up until I made the light work!! There is a lot of 'finishing' off to be done here - you (and others) would probably have heart failure if you could see some of the 'in progress' stuff!!
