You are Neil Hodgson and I claim my soapy...etc.

The next step will be saying 'clearly' a lot too.

The Vinales thing is very strange. There is no doubting he has the ability to win on his day,he needs a checkup from the neckup, surely there's some shrink out there to help the man?

What's happening to him is quite unpleasant to watch. A world champ is locked inside his gourd.

Lowes in p6
Dixon in p7

McPhee in p7.

It's looking like typical Assen weather. I dislike all that tooshing about,so hopefully we'll get a dry set of races on Sunday.

Gerloff may be hoping for something less than dry!

Great moto3 with an excellent performance from Fenati after 2 long laps, impressive.

Mcphee didn't quite get there today, although spent the race in the lead pack he never really looked like he'd battle at the front.

And now there's lots of talk of him binning Yamaha and going to Aprilia at the end of the season, wtf boy, wtf.

Is he going a bit John Kocinski?

Just noticed that the top Spaniard in the points is Mir in 5th.

A long time since no Spaniard in top 4.

Moto2 was better than usual, still spread out a bit at times, but the leading 4 in a good battle for most of the race... the KTM boys doing the business once again and a creditable 4th for Lowes.

Ha! JK was a bit special in more than one way.

A memorable character though,I'd rather have that than a robot.

If Vinales can get his head straight,or if someone can help him do that,it would be great for us all, because he's a talent of random brilliance who just needs fine tuning to be consistent.

Think about it.

If what MV says is true, imagine finishing last the previous round, then changing nothing on the bike and being able to run at the front. If you know know the reasons for that, how much would that mess with your head?

If someone can find the key to unlock Vinales he'll be a force to reckon with. Perhaps he'll surprise us all and the Aprilia will work for him.

I really, really hope so. I often wonder would things have been different if he'd stayed with Suzuki.

All of the riders in MotoGP have the riding ability to win races, the only bike that hasn't won is the Aprilia, but I suspect it's capable of winning, the difference between the riders winning regularly and those not is in their heads.

Wasn't Dovi testing the 'prila?

I wonder if they given up courting him, if Mav's signed on the dotted line... or if they want both?

They'd both expect much bigger money that Aleix.

All that ballsing around taking McPhee's tech off him and giving him to Dixon seems to have allowed McP's shitty luck to travel over to Dixon too. :silent:

Perhaps if Dorna really do see Jake Dixon as a Motgp candidate and they wish to help him look good, then they need to stop with the silly penalising rules for what was a racing incident during the last round. Starting from the back of a busy grid like Moto2 or a ride through, effectively means the same as a total disqualification,ie no points.
