MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 Assen.
So this weekend it's off to Assen.
A long term favourite circuit of many of the riders, although if i'm honest it's never massively appealed to me in terms of "i'd love to ride there"
So, predictions, thoughts....
Surely if Rossi is going to do ANYTHING remotely spectacular then here is where it has to be ?
I think it'll suit the KTM this year, it seems the right sort of circuit for them.
Lowes to look and find some form, or the KTM to destroy Moto2 again. Well, Moto2 and arguably Moto3 with the boy Acosta too.
Now i think about it, KTM are in a proper purple patch really lol.
Which makes it absolutely bizarre that they don't actually manufacture ANYTHING remotely like any of their bikes that are doing so well
Kinda weird...

Might add a bit of interest. No idea how much time if any he's had on a MotoGP bike...

Major sponsor clash for Toprak. Sofuglu chases the money and has always been Red Bull and his proteges are under the same flag,so Monster Energy would be a no no.
I wonder who Gerloff will knock off?

Lots of talk about Rossi and the new team, apparently it's £2.5m per bike per year from Ducati.

Back in the old two-stroke days I remember a discussion about Honda leasing the NSRs to teams. Even then it was millions per bike and at the end of the season they went back to Honda and were crushed!

Interesting listening to Vinales.... He's properly glum, but from his words, he doesn't think any of this is down to him. "no-one knows why"....
Apparently last weekend during the race he dropped back on his own, then came back and pulled them back to prove he could do it with a clear track in front of him....
Bizarre !

Re: MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 Assen.
Yeah there was a Vinales interview on the net during the week. He had a proper tantrum but doesn't seem to put anything down to himself. You wonder how long his got in MotoGP left. He's clearly fast on certain days but is that enough for someone else to take him on?
It's fine being fast on a clear track but that's not how the racing works! Maybe he should do a TT.....

They used to let you copy a link directly to the video, but they've changed it.
