Yes, I did that ^^ on purpose.
That ^ was his real mistake. Phasers to Disintagrate before the overtake and he would have been fine, Horse would have vanished.

Funnily enough, I had no problem seeing him ...
And FWIW my car is bright red
and has DRLs

I seem to recall being told that causing another road user to alter their course and/or speed would result in an instant fail under test circumstances. No idea how true that is but it's stuck in my memory.
