If they're M8 thread, get some of the copper plated Top-Lock nuts BMW use on their cars. I use them on the ZRX11, ZX11 & GPz11. They advertise them for BMW 3 series E30's

Yes, you can get 90deg 1D radius mandrel bends. If the routing looks like I can make up what I need from them then I’ll use them. If I have to start cutting up those to make smaller pieces then it may be easier just to use pie cuts as I don’t have a band saw to cut mandrel bends accurately.
