First rule of burn outs...

Make sure your legs are in front of the pegs, holding the bike back.

I'm sure it was some stunt expert told me that. It works too.

My bevel drive 900SS had a centre stand, no side stand. it was a Ducati thing back in the day

While we are doing bikes witha wheeli in the air, I gove you Dennis Ireland, notice right hand trying to shut the throttle. He fell off and the bike hit the photographer Don Morley.
