First rule of burn outs...
Make sure your legs are in front of the pegs, holding the bike back.

While we are doing bikes witha wheeli in the air, I gove you Dennis Ireland, notice right hand trying to shut the throttle. He fell off and the bike hit the photographer Don Morley.
