I think a cafe would be a right pain in the arse with food safety regs, we deal with councils just as non-food market traders, they are useless pains in the arse.

I know a lad that does this, he was selling them on one of the markets we work. He supplies some local restaurants too. He recently got into supplying a couple of nice farm shops which are taking such a large amount he doesn’t have the stock to do the markets now.
