I had the same a couple of years ago, IIRC it took around a week or slightly more. I wrote a cheque just last week. I asked my grandson to let me know his bank details so I could transfer money for his birthday. He didn't, so I put a cheque in with his birthday card.

Theres other implications with insurance etc. How do I know when to tell my Ins Co that the reg has been changed? Any time I'm approaching an intersection, driveway, cars parked on the side of the road and any similar lemming laden area, two fingers on the front brake, front of boot over the back brake, a little decrease in speed so you're already to stop or swerve around them.
