Used to love this... Always mesmerised by the Ferrari

The recent remake is utter poo.

The bus stopped to watch them film for a few minutes when I was on Honolulu in 1986

On the previous telly I skipped between Heartbeat and MASH.

But HB isn't so good on the big telly, so mainly MASH. Nearly finished series 7.
Every episode is great.

One I remember from my youth was a ropey BBC production called 'Tripods'.

Couldn't watch it. Gave me nightmares.

There was a kids TV series about a boy and an alien, Chocky?

That gave me nightmares too.

Sapphire and Steel, bloody hell that was creepy, the story about the thing that lived on the old railway station and fed on resentment, jeez that’s terrified me, I’m typing this at the ripe old age of 52 and it’s still raising all my hackles and it feels like somethings just walked over my grave.

Didn't have a telly in the 70s or 80s so my re-watching starts with Babylon 5! Stuff that's now on the drama channels - like Lovejoy (which I quite enjoyed ) - is new to me but BBC4 looks like a replay of the 80s on some nights...Yes Minister, The Good Life, To the Manor Born
