Well this has been a bit of a roller coaster this one.

On Weds i got a message over on PBMag forum that some people had been turned away for their 'helper' (you're allowed 1) was under 16... Clearly my boy was earmarked as our helper, so thought i'd check.
Geting hold of MSV was challenging for sure, but in the end they confirmed that the helper couldn't be U18.... (yes i thought 16, but either way, he wasn't going to be 16 or 18)

So we went through the process of cancelling the wifes and my places... but then we'd have the problem that we'd have 2 credits and if this process remains in place it still brings the same complexity. But then two-fold... So it was decided i'd keep my place and go.

The weather has gone from thunder and rain to glorious sunshine, currently it's showing as glorious sunshine.

I've got the screen fitted and the GoPro on for some footage (i've never actually filmed myself since about 2006 and as Couchie will also be riding mine, i'd like some footage of him too so i can compare where and what is happening out there when i'm riding and he's riding from what gear and rpm etc.... I'll have to remove the screen to get that footage as the camera is currently mounted on the indicator so it gets a better angle but when i've got a session like that i'll whip the screen off and put it on the bars for a session so i can see the clocks.

I've been thinking about go pro or similar. Where is the best place to mount for facing forward and track marshall happy. ?

Dunno really mate. On the zx6 I use the mirror mount hole. If I use on Monday mounting on the bars/mirror seems best on the 690 with a handlebar mount from eBay. But different bikes you have different places etc

Wherever fitted, must be fixed proper I imagine. Not sticky pad.

Top yoke is always a good place to mount a go pro, you can also get triple clamp stem mounts that give a good view.
