No sleep after last night shift and I’m at the pub dreading the ride home!
Also took 7 seconds off my best time on my favourite trail, not sure how I managed that in my fatigued state.

Took a circular route around Portsea island this morning ..very warm out but i brings my total on the Haibike to over 130 miles so far ..starting to feel fitter ..

Had a bit of a pop at my 5 min power today. Interesting results.

Managed to squeeze in a 20 mile ride this afternoon..mainly tarmac with a short forest run. Brings my total on the Haibike to 150 miles ..

We had a good day, some absolutely brutal climbs that we had to get off and push up, that was after we had picked ourselves up off the floor
