Walked into town to watch the footy. But all the bars are full of Sweaties they play the same time.

Had to resort to a crappy bar to see the game :(

Zombie films, box sets, etc.

Watched a bit of Black Summer (?) 9on Netflix last night, but found myself getting the hump with a couple of scenes. Allow me elucidate:

Girl gets hit and killed by a truck, but then gets up, having been made 'undead'. Immediately started chasing people, presumably to eat their flesh or whatever. Now, her body would have been smashed to bits by the truck, so how does she manage to sprint around? A broken pair of legs ain't supporting anybody, dead or undead.

In another scene, an undead person gets shot a few times and falls down proper dead. How? Why? If you can be dead, get up and run around, how will a couple of bullets in the torso make any difference?

I got the hump with it and switched over to QI.

Somebody who's dead and has broken legs gets up and runs around and the bit you find unbelievable is that she's running around on broken legs? :P

You put a zombie flick on and expected it to be factually accurate... :eh:

I watched a James Bond film with friends once. After all sorts of unbelievable stuff going on, one of them said "see that's just totally not right, that particular car just couldn't do that" - to which the other ones said "and THAT's the bit you don't believe"!!!

Try The Bridge, you want to position two halved bodies in a specific location and still have all the guts in place?

That, that there, is precisely why I didn't want a motorhome like that and why I went for a standard van body-shell.
