Had to chuckle at that...

I think they probably nicked the idea from Grayson Perry and his 'Early English motorcycle helmet'.

Grayson is a biker, so he would know. And here's another one he did earlier (more cycle than motorcycle helmet, but Scandi Chic horns).

I went to see his exhibition in London a few years back. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I actually discovered I love his work.
