Oh, and Helmets aren't CE marked (unless they are smart or have lights etc.), not only do they do not fall within the PPE regulation, but they are specifically excluded from it
Sorry, what I meant was it is easy for the police to spot riders NOT wearing gloves. Do French police stop riders to inspect gloves for CE markings?
I have Rukka, Racer and Held gloves, all three pairs cost three figures each (thank you, former employers) but how I tell if they are CE approved and to what level, I don't know.
Always wear gloves now when riding, after i had an off when I was a teenager-was picking bits of gravel from my palms for weeks. Did clear up my acne though.....
