LOL i didn't give a lot of attention to things like colours on this occasion, i just kinda jumped in with what i thought would look least daft and with Covid stuff i didn't get a chance to try on etc. They do have some lime green highlighting on the Oakley logo which matches my MTB. The next pair i'll get in 12 months (with a bit of help from work) and will this time take a bit more time picking and choosing.
I actually thought this pair was too small when i opened the box, but looking at the pic, they're about right. My sunnies are a 19mm bridge but these are an 18mm bridge, finding a 19mm was incredibly hard to do with anything that looked half decent in size though. The 18, it works, mostly, but doesn't feel as nice as the 19mm on my nose at times.
Don't know how you guys don't get your glasses fogging up on the bike. Visor fully closed and all vents closed is a no.
Bottom chin vent helps lots. Just opened top one now too

Mine always have when I come to a stop, makes no difference on the brand or how many fancy pants coating I have on the lenses when new.
I've never had an issue with glasses fogging, even in pissing rain. Visor yes, but never glasses. You guys are clearly just breathing wrong
With my new Arai, which has pinlock, I can't get either visor or glasses to fog up even if I try. Which is lucky, cause I still haven't got the knack of opening the locked visor quickly with that little catch

I had to drive to Heathrow yesterday for CV19 vaccination and i was thinking all the way there.."These are not very dark at all"
I was pondering this and every time i looked in the rear view mirror they had barely changed from clear.
"so, i wonder if that's down to the windscreen blocking UV rays" i think to myself and it seems that's correct. Windscreen block 95-95% of UV rays and that's what activates the transition lenses on glasses.
So this morning i found a place that makes prescription lenses for my preferred Oakleys. I've got multiple pairs of Oakley Fuel cell, they fit and feel 'right' and it's what i was trying to replicate with my new glasses. Sadly, it's bloody expensive ! £196 for sunglass lenses only. You send them your frames and they fit the lenses for you. Then send you the completed glasses back. It's £100 less than getting the actual glasses with lenses and as i have several pairs here it's no biggy to do it that way. So they're now on their way and should be perfect for driving and day to day outdoor sunny stuff.
Probably a bit late for this....but Polarized lenses can make sat navs etc invisible. Any flat screen device uses a polarising filter to make it work, so depending on the alignment of filter and the type of glasses you have it can make the screen invisible.
My old Volvo had no real dials, just screens, and they were completely black if I wore my Oakley sunglasses. In my Beemer the effect is much less pronounced but it's still there.

Yeah i get you. My current ones are Polarized and seems OK in the Mondeo, but i get your point yes.
Well it's lucky i checked before going to Silverstone tomorrow, but i stuck on my trackday helmet and blow me if the glasses basically don't fit. They JUST about squeeze down the sides, but we're talking really tight.
The the HJC is now going to be consigned to the bin.
Happily they fit the Shoei NXR perfectly, so i'm fine for tomorrow. But because i'm a sweaty bugger i usually have a different track helmet compared to my road one, so i'll need to give that a little bit of thought now.

They should have told you that ! I was going to buy reacto-light type lens. They were keen to see me them- then I really that they would work in then car !
Aye I get you, but I still need something other than just clear or indeed just dark, so I'm ok with then.
Interestingly I just found some replaceable nose pads in the box. I've always felt they were a little more snug on the bridge of nose compared to the Fuel Cell sunglasses. One of the sets is narrow compared to standard, giving a slightly larger bridge and after watching a video on how to swap them, it's done and they feel loads better!
@weeksy I’ve tried every potion, spray and gadget to stop my glasses from fogging up. And the only reliable solution I’ve found is Essilor OptiFog lenses
