Is he cheating by doing track days or has he got some illegal modifications?

It's not going to help me saying he was the fastest rider in our group, also the safest of the quick people that came past me, he was probably 150bhp down on some of the bikes in our group.

It's a Class B bike, so a carbed 583cc motor. The proper rules for Desmo Due say the B's can't make more than 53bhp or weigh less than 154kg.

The FB group says he's called Flloyd Moody.

53bhp sounds about right, the weight and power would be about the same as my FZR but it pulled away from me because it has a lot more torque. He also looked like he weighed a lot less than me.

They sometimes have to share a grid with the SS400's.

The top two/three 400's are usually a good chunk quicker, but the A class DD bikes (65bhp limit) give all but the top 400's a good run.

I was on this Snetterton day, as mentioned lovely day but pretty nippy. Had to use some old wets first 2 sessions as temperatures were too low for Ntec slicks, but swapped to the drys for the 3rd session and all ok. Only 1 red flag in our group all day, great to be back out on the bike.
Cadwell this coming Monday next....

How the hell is a 53hp bike the quickest in any group at Snetterton ?

I said he was the fastest rider, not the fastest bike, he was quicker round the corners, and braked later than anyone.

I only had at most 60 bhp and not many people came past me, and it was always the same group that came past, all on litre plus modern bikes, but some people were taking being in the Slow group a bit to literally 😊

Next track day for me is 16th May, Snetterton with No Limits again.

Vaguely looked at by the noise testing guy, basically he checked it was there.

At Snetterton again in the 15th of May and possibly the 16th
