Printing issues with canon printer

Helping the father in law with his printer. It’s a canon mg6150.
I’ve removed and reinstalled it. Updated the drivers, it was working the last few weeks as normal.

Right when it prints it just prints the edges of the photo I’ve chosen.

I’ve saved a image off of google and it will print that fine. It’s driving me mad

Smaller lower resolution images open but not ones of 2mb or more??
