When/Where/Pics was the last time you rode your bike ?
Re: When/Where/Pics was the last time you rode your bike ?
The gods deemed it today,
Lockdown restrictions eased,
Fantastic weather for time of year,
Appointment in Suffolk postponed to after Easter,
So a day off was booked and off I went for my first proper ride on the Triumph.

IMG_20210330_181754018_HDR A great ride out with Team Orange last night.
The far one is a 1260. 100mph wheelies. You have to give him some space...

Been on a reservoir/dam tour this evening.
Damflask
Agden
Midhopes
Langsett
Inchbirchworth
Seems I've fucked up the left hand fork seal when I had the forks apart as it's leaking.
Sorry no photo's.
I'm still very impressed with the Bus, it handles, stops and goes way better than a 23 year old 270kg bike should.

Re: When/Where/Pics was the last time you rode your bike ?
Went out west with another Street Triple buddy yesterday. He did a route which, as I expected, had a lot of lanes and B roads. I saw 2 orange mini diggers and a yellow JCB Transit van but no JCB diggers so it was a fail for the challenge thread
. I didn't take a picture of our bikes (another fail). So here's a daffodil on a bit of my bike and a screenshot of my satnav log.

Just rode to the MOT and back. First time since early November!

Fantastic ride out on the crf today first time for a good while. The sun was out but it was a little nippy. 80 miles and another LSR of 80mph. Parked up at Ludlow golf and horse track.
Mate on a big old 600 kick start, no thanks. Tracer out sat or sun.

Took a spin over to the Badlands to check the bike out after fitting the lovely warm bodywork back on, need to get the front wheel properly balanced tomorrow.

We didn't go too wild today, but did experiment on this new 'path'.
Came to a dead end but too narrow to turn around. So had to manhandled them to go back. Looked a bit harder than the photos show.

Some areas are sandy. Some are picon (ash).
This area is hard. But not as scary as the lava fields. Lots of sharp, gnarly rocks.

Re: When/Where/Pics was the last time you rode your bike ?
This was near bottom of a 1,800' descent. Where my pal is, the path drops off edge of the cliff. Was scary the last bit. Very steep. Had to manhandle and lift the bikes around obstacles.
Then we saw a couple of pals who were going up it. But they're younger, fitter, better and dafter
