Yes-ish. Previous example in the news story.

This may be more serious in that, if they can't refloat it, then unloading cargo may be required. Implications for duration of blockage and so on trade.

It's an easy mistake to make. Loads of people get lost and do a U-turn. Clearly the bloke driving the boat miscalculated the width of the canal.
