It's when they stop leaking oil that you need to worry

Re: utterly random picture thread.
I once had an MG Midget. I took it for the MOT and mentioned a small oil leak which I was buggered if I could find. 'Don't think of it as an oil leak' the tester said, 'Think of it as self-undersealing'

Yes it was a shame Minis didn’t have a leak onto the rear subframe as well.

My old suzuki swift leaked/burned oil at the rate of about a litre every 1500 miles. I just bought cheapo cheap oil in Wilkos for something like 3 quid a litre and never had to do an oil change.

Re: utterly random picture thread.
I thought that was the start of a limerick and was disappointed when it wasn't.
I once had an MG Midget
With a seat that made me fidget
I bought a new seat kit
But had trouble with the fit
And I lost blood and half of a digit.

Seen on Streetview.
I'm guessing they're actually side by side.

This is pretty close to me:

I'd cycled past the house many times and knew the phone box was there. It wasn't until I walked past that I noticed the skeleton:
"Your call is very important to us. You are number [click] three hundred and ninety seven [click] in the queue. Please hold the line."
