Trek Powerfly 9 FS LT...

..after deriding emtb riders for ages I was persuaded, by Couchy, to have a go on an emtb he had hired at Bike Park Wales a few weeks ago. SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!

Managed to get a couple of hours in on Dartmoor, between meetings, on Monday...

The current MTB.
Cotic Solaris Max with full Eagle X01 AXS and dropper.

It's pretty bloody good.

Sadly, the rider isn't.

My dads old 1953 Viking Seven Valley, Frame is all Renolds 531 tubing, Saddle is Brooks as is the leather handle bar tape. It's aly got 4 gears and there is quite a big gap between top and bottom. Ive had it resprayed and various parts rechromed.

And the prize for the shittest bike on the thread goes to .................. :)

My GT Avalanche 2.0 from 2006 bought second hand for a few quid and a bit of a triggers broom but still original frame, bars, wheel rims but most spokes replaced over time through breakages ....poor thing gets a hard life due to sandy nature of the area i take it to play in and its done thousands of miles over the years i used to ride 3-4 times a week all year round

Havent ridden much since my Ducati crash but now the gym has been closed and my shoulder is back to a decent level of strength it looks like it will be brought back into service for dune bashing and cardio work

Took the ebike for a quick one...bloody ace. Mrs went up and down the road a few times and loves it. Gonna give it a longer run tomorrow, test the range.

Its heavy to lift but when moving fine. 3 settings. They reckon 30 mile range, depending on lots.

Mrs working this weekend so her first proper ride should be Monday, all being well.

First impressions, bloody great. 👍

Cwmwernderi reservoir is its official name. Stick that into google maps and it’ll take you there. Surrounded by forestry and gravel fire roads.
