One of my all time favourite helmets !!!!!

I reckon a few of you are Schwantz, Doohan and even Chris Walker fanbois, but what else does it for you ?

Hi
In my collection I currently have:
XSpirit blue Kagayama
XSpirit 2 blue Bautista
XSpirit 3 Kato
Autographed Haga RX7RR -the blue and red one

All but the Haga still get worn from time to time but now mainly the Kato

Oh forgot
I’ve also had XSpirit 3 Laverty-too green unless you have a Kawasaki
Arai RX7-V Spencer Anniversary-didn’t fit as well as the older Arai

Both sold and prefer Shoei now
Cheers

I’ve never really been into race rep helmets, but I do find my finger hovering over the “add to basket” button for this

One from when I was just a nipper.

I also had a T shirt that was printed to look like Roberts leathers even to the detail of having stitching printed on it.
One of those things I wish I still had even though I had it whan I was about seven or eight ish.
Would never fit me now but I reckon it could live in a frame. IIRC it was the red colour scheme instead of the yellow one that I can still get pretty close version of now.

I had a chaser Haga rep a few years back, a tyre wall at Cadwell killed it proper.

Moving house on Friday so I've gathered all my helmets to transport them myself rather than let the removal guys. Current tally is:
3 Davidas (one black with chequer stripe, one black with grey/silver flames, and a plain BRG one).
2 Arais (RX7RR Roberts Rep in blue and black, one Chaser (I think) in white with grey/black chequers)
1 AGV (Gobert Reaper)
1 No make matt black piss pot

I had 3 Doohan Arais but the costs became silly, so I just got a fairly plain one.

Now I have an Arai with subtle Union Jack on.

I like plain colours, usually black. There are lots of lovely reps out there, such as the KR jobbies.

The spray-on flies is a good look.

I much prefer the ones with solid colours and feel that the ones that have loads of shading and airbrushing lose a bit on the design front really.

AGV have been consistently good on that front over the years.

This is the only race rep that I've ever owned, bought circa 2002 / 2003.

Gary McCoy Slide king, I loved the way that he did things like this..... :banana-dance:

I've had a look to see if they do the Haga in a lower spec lid, can't afford £700. I was hoping for a Chaser-X, but nope :(

I loved my old one...
