Cordon bleu Madrid
Cordon bleu Madrid
My daughter has just completed the superior course here, she done the basic, advanced and superior in 6 months, usually 12-18 mths
She has lived out there on her own, she's not 19 till 12 Jan 26 so a big move for her.
Currently she can't continue in Europe as she needs a visa to get a internship and to get a internship she needs a visa....
Pics
Plus lots more, very proud of her and a few grit in the eye moments

Re: Cordon bleu Madrid
It's taken me 10 yrs of trying to get to 'flavour without bothering with presentation' to get to a 'reasonable cook' level
To do that in 6 months is

I'm not a pudding person but I'd have to at that
