Around here,West Lancs we had a dusting of snow on sunday afternoon & it froze hard overnight.Monday was freezing but blue skies
The roads were slick with black ice, hopefully it'll thaw by the weekend & I'll be riding along here on one of my Suzuki's,not today though :D

The Leeds-Liverpool canal was frozen over

Yesterday was a proper blue sky winters day,I did a 17KM walk in the winter sunshine,it's nice when all the mud's frozen. It froze again last night. So glad I took early retirement & not trucking in this!

A very light dusting yesterday on the tops of the Downs and a bitterly hard frost this morning.

Was minus 4 when I woke up, so I went hback to sleep. Eventually left for wak at 09;30 and it wasn't to bad a ride in if a bit chilly. Then snow hit central London around midday, so I went home again. What waste of time that was!

I hate cold weather with a passion. I hate being cold. I hate wearing too much clothing and the restriction in movement that causes. I hate the grey and dirty look of everything. I look forward to spring and the rising temperatures, the return of foliage and blooming flowers etc.

A dusting of snow here, lots of hard ice on the ground though. That will either thicken or disappear with the light rain overnight. Warming up here at the moment. Friday morning will be 30C for me in Johannesburg. Ahhhh.

Yayyy. Finally after a month of beautiful cold sunshine, IT'S SNOWING !!!!!

It was snowing at home when I left this morning (a bit before 7am) and when I drove down the mountain this afternoon it was a bit 'interesting' !!! And they haven't ploughed the road by my place but it is great to have a load of snow!!! :) :) :) Probably between 4 & 6 inches when I got home and it's been chucking it down for the last two hours, so more now !!!

I just had one of the worst rides I've ever had! Bitterly cold driving rain, through very heavy traffic and a constantly misting visor which i couldn't open as the driving rain was hitting me like air icy gun pellets! :wtf: My waterproof trousers gave up and I had to keep lifting my arms up to let the water run back out of my gloves! :wtf: Was I glad to walk into my cosy little house!

It's not incontinence, honest!
