Hi all

Many years ago on Visordown I was Gibbo - you might remember me.

I am here because I need to find a new home for my beloved '93 Fireblade.

I just don't ride bikes any more.
It's been SORNed for about 10 years.

It's just sitting in the garage taking up space.

It doesn't run, it's got an electrical fault (suspect a short in the loom) and the inside of the tank has gone rusty.

Any idea how I might move it on?

No idea about the bike but I definitely remember you - and your humour!

IIRC you were on a high fibre diet, intent on 'touching the void' or something along those lines. + many other things.

I edited the original as there were a couple of typos and it said it would need approval again.

I remember all of your names.

I'm still alive which, depending on your perspective, may or may not be a good thing.

My two best biking buddies both left the country several years ago, one to Spain the other to Rome and I just stopped biking.

I'm keen to move the bike on so that I can house a Triumph TR6 in the garage instead.

I felt forced into it.
