No pictures yet, but lots of old bikes in Peenemunde and Schwedt in the last few days. It's been a public holiday and they've been out in packs.

It's the most powerful sports car in the range, according to their website.v8-powered wrote: Mon Jun 16, 2025 2:27 pmWhat is it, Chinese something or another? Looks a bit MV'esque....Yorick wrote: Mon Jun 16, 2025 1:14 pm Saw this today. It's brand new and looks ok

That looks pretty bling, don't think I'd wanna be an early tester of the reliability/parts/re-sale.Yorick wrote: Mon Jun 16, 2025 1:14 pm Saw this today. It's brand new and looks ok

Re: interesting bikes found randomly..
I can't claim to have been the stunt rider....I was working with the company that provided the bikes. I would have ridden all three at some point, and rebuilt one after a fire. I did ride one of them through the tunnels (Queensway) in brum with a camera man on the back, as the stunt rider was not insured to carry a pillion. This was for a title sequence that may or may not have been used....I never watched the programme.....

Was having a look around FB Marketplace a few days ago & some bloke was selling his dads triple 750 Enfield drag bike project... The slick on the rear looked to be about 4in wide...

Me too! Same with 'multiple header' trains...if one unit isn't in synch it must be a drag on the others (or trying to push the others).BBB wrote: Wed Jun 25, 2025 10:59 pm Always wondered how you get multiple engines to. Work in unison. How do they all turn and the same rpm and how are they linked together.
The plural of 'anecdote' is not 'data'.

Linked with chains or toothed belts on the primary side, so (obviously) same rpm.BBB wrote: Wed Jun 25, 2025 10:59 pm Always wondered how you get multiple engines to. Work in unison. How do they all turn and the same rpm and how are they linked together.

Not a lot of distance between the pegs and the seat. Especially with upright bars. It's not going to want to turn with that big fat front tyre either (I made that mistake once).
Nice engine mods though
