As always, some things i like and some things i am not as keen upon. Tail tidy/lights is a no from me, along with the exhaust, that's a no.
The rest, i could go with though. Some bits like the front muguard/forks are a bit lazy if you ask me, why do lots but then leave that all a bit 'standard'.

All the work do that and then leaving wires dangling over the rear...

That's a hmmmm from me, better than the Honda in the other thread, the radiator placement is interesting, the tail light needs more thought.
As a whole the bike its a bit Norvin (a Vincent engine in a featherbed frame) and a bit too 60s café racer, but not bad.

it looks like there's a rad up there. I can't imagine what that would be like to ride in traffic, the Tuonos I had were bad enough, without having the rad capacity halved and shoved right under yer nuts

Aye, agreed.
Most of it looks good but the tail looks like Stevie Wonder and David Blunkett designed on an echasketch, the one on THAT Guzzi looks far nicer.

I like the idea of a water cooled bike which looks sorta air cooled though. Spoiled somewhat by the properly half arsed executions of the fan wires and hoses.
Plus the minor fact air can't get in/out of the radiator housing
