Hideout Jacket

Post by Skub »

I took a chance on this some time ago,but it's a couple of sizes too big for me,so after a period of wearing layers under it and trying to kid myself it fitted,I'm letting it go as I have another which actually does fit me.

The label says size 46.
A zip out thermal lining.
Ventilated leather on the inside of the arms.

Hideout stuff is sturdily made and exceeds all the safety standards, blah blah. It is a quality made item.

The jacket costs nearly a grand new and I have it advertised elsewhere for £180. If anyone on here wants it,it'll be much less than that.

I have one of those ! But I am convinced it has been fettled with - whilst it is a very snug 46 chest the arms are very short.
That said I might be interested in yours if you can measure pit to pit size and the length of the arms

Pit to pit is 24" or 61cm with the jacket zipped and laid flat.

It's a bit awkward to measure the arm length because of the armour, but roughly 19" or 48cm from pit to cuff. From the shoulder division to the cuff is about 23" or 58.5cm as the crow flies. :D

A chap came to try it on yesterday and found the arms too short for him, though he was tall and lanky. Another fella coming today.

Let me know if you decide to sell it, I'm a fat git with short arms (and long pockets)
But I won't be able to visit to try it on until the middle of July
