The 4 of us had a good day out on Monday & he was talking about a Fazer 1000 in the local bike shop.I think the only reason the 650 Versys has lasted a few months is because he's been moving house & it's winter.I reckon over the last 20 years he's had more houses then the other 3 of us combined!
Looked superb in that colour, owner very impressed but some of the others thought too many gadgets.

I'm off to Thailand for a holiday 4 April, so reckon it'll be mid April earliest for me. There's no way I'm going out on two wheels with the amount of salt and grit there is on the roads at present and I don't see that lessening any time soon. We'll probably have a torrential downpour a day or so before I leave for France, knowing how these things normally play out.
