Bloody typical that when I turn up you weren't there. Anybody might think you were trying to avoid meeting Clan Gremlin.

I'd say we'll try to arrange something next time we come for dinner at the restaurant, but I've already sold one kidney on eBay to fund that visit and I really do need to keep the other one.


Here's a challenge: bet you couldn't poncify a London Cheesecake and elevate it to fine dining levels.

So been a busy year at work, we picked up some cool awards and pretty much been flat out,

Peaches and cream- Brillat Savrin cheese cake, peach sorbet and almond

Figs with port, honey, fig leaf ice cream and Pain perdu
