Well, it's only madness from the outside. It makes a lot of sense and there's no shock that the big budget teams are the ones using it.
It's daft and dangerous though as it can easily end up with stupid people being dead

It’s wild how some teams are bending the rules to gain an edge. I get that innovation is part of the game, but it feels like safety is taking a backseat. We need to find a way to keep the sport competitive without putting riders at risk.
