The World According to Kaleb on Amazon Prime, a supposed stand up show with Kaleb out of Clarkson's farm. Managed about 10 minutes because he is not funny or interesting.

The End We Start From.

https://m.imdb.com/title/tt21810682/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

Jodie Comer saves her son after an apocalyptic event, which was more or less a bit of flooding in London. Society then breaks down, her family fall to pieces and she walks a lot.

Not good. Not bad. Just not worth it.

Lennie James, brilliant as ever.

Agree- I watched the first episode and was a bit meh, but stuck with it and loved it ( no pun intended :) ) from 2nd episode until the end

Joyride with the ever talented Olivia Coleman and a stirling performance from a young Charlie Reed. Won't be everyone's cup of tea, but it played out well and we lol'd in places.

Because it was made in 2023, it's on my magic box in the TV series section.

Shooter (season 1), https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4181172/

A rip off of the average 2007 film, which was based on the excellent book Point of Impact by Stephen Hunter.
The series is a bit long winded, but good enough to hold my attention, help that I like all of the Swagger books, even the Earl ones.

Solar Opposites on Disney +

It's not what I thought it would be. It's a slightly more adult version of Rick and Morty.

It's alright, if you like that kind of thing.

Black Doves. Spy/action Netflix thang with Keira Knightly, Ben Wishaw, and Sarah Lancaster. Thought it was excellent. 👍

On the spy theme I've now started Slow Horses (appreciating I'm way late to the party).

Love Slow Horses, you do have to stick with it at times though, there's a few episodes that do plod along. Gary Oldman is bloody brilliant.
