Can we have an "Unpopular Opinion" thread?

Post by Bigjawa »

Not political or religious, just silly things, bit of fun.

Here's two of mine.

Van Morrison sounds like a drunk guy singing outside the pub at closing time.

Banksy's "art' is just rubbish stenciling, if he did it to my wall, I'd be out with the Sandtex and the brush.

Most Chinese restaurants serve up gloopy, over-sweetened rubbish.

The late 60s and early 70s were the best for music and fashion. The 80s was a load of pretentious nonsense.

It's just a shame that with the desperate attempts to add every bit of efficiency possible they have forgotten what estates are for and turned them into slightly longer hatchbacks.
Crew cab vans are the new estate cars.

I know it's true, you know it's true, but the number of SUVs on the road compared with the number of estate cars indicates that it's an unpopular opinion.

Nothing very controversial yet then? I was waiting for a 'this site is better/worse without the Politics section'. :)

Dyson stuff is overpriced and not very good.
Apple stuff is overpriced but simple enough to use for old people.
Cheap flights should be stopped.
They should let Venice sink.

Nooooo. :o

I once paid 2p for a flight to Salzburg.

Back on topic: Salzburg is pointless to visit, even if you get a cheap flight there.
