One of the first LPs I bought was Blues from Laurel Canyon* and saw him live when he had the Turning Point line up. Amazing number of people that went on to fame and fortune were in the Blues breakers at one time or another.
* It hasn't aged well. It's a bit self-indulgent doggerel-ish.
The plural of 'anecdote' is not 'data'.
