You've had it a while now, still happy with it, or do you have some niggling doubts arising?

Doubts?!?!?! None, nada, not a one, if it burst into flames tomorrow I'd order another one before the ashes had cooled.

But as an early 'before' tease see the OEM indicator / rear / brake light side by side with the replacement O0 ;

That should tidy things up.

Right, if someone could let old Trump know that a good old Yankie bike has half of its loom made in Mexico..

Seat off, not a lot of room under there, I'm going to have to get creative with the dash cam DVR when I put it in.

Hooky workshop manual says the tank must come off to swap out the front indicators;

ImageIMG_20190621_114607 by MrLongbeard, on Flickr

The manual lies, but it'll give me more room to run sat nav and dash cam cables neatly and out of sight.

OEM obligatory before shot of levers and 1970's council house indicator;

ImageIMG_20190526_130500 by MrLongbeard, on Flickr

After, much more sexiness, diddy inicator (but ruddy bright) and blacked out expensive Oberon shortie lever;

Side by side comparison of the arse end;

It's a weird vibration on Harleys. It's not the high frequency buzziness that numbs your hands, it's a more rhythmic shaking type vibration. I'm very susceptible to numb fingers on a bike but got it a lot less on my Sportster than on Jap/Euro bikes? Lost a few teeth fillings mind... :lol:

I could've got the black heat shields but I reckon the rust bronze ones look OK :ugeek:
I struggle to find any real 'vibrations' on this, you should give an M8 a go Tai and see what you think

Nah, I'd probably like it too much and I cant afford one and it wouldn't be much use to me as a commute in Londons traffic.

Well, I suppose tinkering is the new riding for now.

1 sheet of punched steel from eBay cut to size;

15 minutes of cold bluing;

Et voilà, a cheap oil cooler guard;
