Did he tell you how they get the chocolate coating onto a Maltezer while keeping it perfectly spherical?

They're aren't moulded and then centre ground like ball bearings? How disappointing.

I've just this moment been offered different one.

Not bounty hunting stunt man unfortunately, but European IT Manager has a nice ring to it, lets see what package they put together :)

I'm so excited I could jump an open drawbridge.

Do European IT Managers do a lot of that? Sounds like more of a stuntman thing TBH.

Our place they add one word, to make it a 'numerate degree'.
If it was a 'colouring-in by numbers' degree, would that count [sic]?

I also read somewhere you cant get the perfect sphere unless you are in zero gravity room
Freefall makes it easier, but it's not essential.

I know why you're here, DT. I know what you've been doing. I know why you hardly sleep. It's the question that drives us, DT. It's the question that brought you here. You know the question, just as I did.

I have worked in the electronic security industry man and boy.

I got average grades in my O levels - the last year to take them - and did a proper apprenticeship with Chubb Alarms/Security, i.e. generally abused and forced into tea making slavery. Worked my way up through engineer grades until I got bored of getting kicked out of bed in the middle of the night, In order to escape call out I got into the Technical Support team at the head office, dodged the redundancy axe a couple of times and then got canned after 21 years continuous service.

Moved to an Access Control manufacturer doing pre and post sales support, and got to travel around a bit (all over the UK, Australia, Latvia, Brunei but managed to dodge Nigeria) for 5 years until i got stitched up by my then boss and made redundant again.

Moved to another installer, a smaller one this time, and cross trained into fire alarms. Spent 2 years on building sites commissioning anything and everything and stupid hours on the road as well. Tiresome politics and the gring of 50K miles a year in my own time meant I was looking around by the 18 months point.

An old colleague at the Access manufacturer approached me to return to them as the manager that stitched me up was basically fired and the opportunity came up for him to put things right in his eyes. Been back 2 years and generally having a fairly easy time there.

I have just interviewed for another pre and post sales position which threatens to double my salary while still working from home with the possibility of leading a team in time. Interesting times ahead if I can pull that one off.

Did OK in my GCSEs but still left at 16 to be a lorry mechanic, packed that in after a few months permanently steam washing tippers then spent a couple of years across the water doing all kinds of menial stuff. Came back to NI in 93 then worked in a now defunct DIY chain until I got sacked for thumping the store manager, for some reason decided to become a bike courier so did that on and off for about 8 years whilst doing a lot of spannering, bit of security and working in a petrol station. Had a biggish smash in 2001 coupled with a load of shit in my personal life so I spent a pretty mental couple of years before I got a job in a place that did clutches, was there 13 years until the owner retired so went to work in a place that did vehicle modifications. Stayed a year until they were late paying their workers so I decided to use the lorry licence I took donkeys years ago before realising that I didn't actually like driving lorries and the pay was shite, went to work in a builders merchants then went and joined the local bus company, now I drive a big pink double decker. I did drive the new bendy bus things, but I love my deckers too much. Pay is ok and I've no desire to make a career for myself at my age so management tend to just leave me alone. I'll do it until I fail the medical for the licence then do something else. Or I get sacked for telling a punter to fuck off.
