Re: My Jerez Adventure.
Hmm, back to normal track days.
Last week everyone was fast. No point coming all way from UK to wobble round.
First group this morning was a right mixture. Dangerous. Waiting till transponders are read and groups properly sorted.

Re: My Jerez Adventure.
3rd long red flag of the day. We're all losing a lot of track time.
Really badly run day. Every bugger has brought family and kids and it's carnage.
Thankfully I haven't just come all this way for this one event. Same company tmrw, so hopefully they'll improve things.

Re: My Jerez Adventure.
What a difference a day makes.
Yesterday was a joke.
Today..
Bad news.
Left bike in garage last night in Nice spot viewing pit lane. When we arrived this morning, a race team had moved my bike to back of garage and threw all my gear in a heap. Our lass went ballistic.
They just waved her away, so she went to the organisation. He gave them a right bollocking and told them to move.
Cool.
But when I went out for my first session, twatty pit lane Marshall told me to take my mirrors off. I lost half the session.
Good news.
Today is a proper track day. Mainly track/race bikes. No numpties.
And no masses of family and kids everywhere.
So it's more relaxed and better on track.
And breathe

Fark, bloody flies. Killing the visor.
Enough to make @weeksy cry.
I'll wash them off at the yearly wash

Re: My Jerez Adventure.
I'm a bit late to check in.
Was a great trip. We fly abroad for the tracks but also for the weather and it couldn't have been better : right in the Goldilocks zone.
Great to meet Yorick and share a beer or three.
I got roasted on track on the straights but I'm not racing and it's all about the smiles.
I did sit on Yoricks bike for size and I was surprised to find it more spacious than my k3. Curses! Got my brain thinking now!

Re: My Jerez Adventure.
You should get the suspension set up right. And gan it over further in the corners.
