My ex GF was doing 200 miles each week at least through most of 2020 and 2021, but then she was furloughed and had nothing else to do other than ride her bike...

I was selling a road bike a few years ago and this guy came to have a look at it (didn't end up buying it), he averaged 20k a year cycling AND worked a full time job too! 🤯 He had a 40 mile commute each way to work and back and unless it was sub zero or the weather was monsoon level, he rode both ways every single day... Even for someone crazily fit and fast, that's still more than 4hrs a day on a bike whilst also working a full time job too! Nuts!!!

That's my cycling done for the year, according to Strava I've done 5035km,I should think 4500km were on Zwift.
Last week I did the Festive 500,I've always wanted to try that but been to busy with work.Hopefully next year the weather's not so grim & I'll try for an outdoor 500km.
It shows how my cycling's changed, from 2003 to a few years ago it was all MTB's,this year I've only rode the MTB once.

Not good enough.

Only managed a few ride for run, did a fare de cycled to work so that’s not to bad.
