New bike time
After almost a year of my v7 850 special, I had the opportunity to get the v100 mandello.
Having lusted after it since sitting on one in August, I have done the deal.
Very excited

Dunno why, but it reminds me of the Honda robot that can climb stairs.

Re: New bike time
I saw in in the wild once, not a common bike!
I like it.
Out of interest, can you make all the active aero bits move when parked up, is there a switch to make them pop out?

Re: New bike time
I think you can get both to active when stationary or at preset speeds on each ride mode bar rain. Supposed to be very effective.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 8:19 pm I saw in in the wild once, not a common bike!

Coolio! Not my choice of colour but that's irrelevant...it's a Guzzi!

Re: New bike time
Lovely bike and well done you! This is on a (very) short list of bikes I could see in my future.

Nice! IIRC they're smaller than you might expect in real life, hope you enjoy it!

Moto Guzzi weren't helped by Piaggio's decision not to exhibit at Motorcycle Live. The V100 Mandello was high on my list of bikes to have a good look at, had I gone.

Re: New bike time
They are, and at 5'10", low enough for me to get both feet down. Beautifully finished as well, but then the v7 850 is also very well made.Rockburner wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 10:14 am Nice! IIRC they're smaller than you might expect in real life, hope you enjoy it!
I have debated for weeks about doing this. The deal was just too good to pass up. I didn't want to lose out for a second time ( see my post '5 minutes too late' ) so I acted quickly.
