*Had*... they were born in '96. I used to walk them to my kids school when I went to pick her up. Wolves would disappear under a pile of kids as horrified parents looked on. They were in far more danger from the barking mad little dogs. They were VERY protective of children, the female slept under my daughters bed for years, the male would sleep across the bedroom doorway.

The baby in the pics is 26 now.

I've been feeding raw for about 15 years, my lot go through approx 16kg a week (mixed with dry food, but for the lack of freezer space I'd double their raw intake and stop with the dry food).

No raw food here, but we had to stop giving our beast (GSD/Irish Wolfhound/etc mix) bones as he chewed his lower back raw a couple of times, and the vet said it was because of the bone irritating his intestines.
