Re: Scrambler hipster bollox
Bit more work, different bars which suit it well. Got a couple of lights but tbh standard looks best. Dropped the clocks on but may go with one small centre speedo. Engine swing arm and wheels all in and bolted up. Undertray in, needed heating up with heat gun to bring the new plastic look back. Will get carbs and loom on tomorrow and hopefully into exhaust man. Exhaust will be 2 into 1 stainless but then it’ll be blasted to dull the shine, after that the welds will be gone over again to make them shiny, recommended by the exhaust guy so we’ll see. Dropped seat foam on to get an idea on size

Gave a seat maker a brief and sent off the pan, came back superb. Side panels painted and headlight mocked up. Exhaust next and Footrests will be simple billet plates, it’s not far off

It's close to being ok, there's just something about the seat that isn't right.

Not my cup of tea at all but looks far better (and more ridable) than these sort of jobs normally do , and very nicely done

This. A shorter, shallower bum stopper (there's no pillion pegs) and that would look aces. Nice workKungFooBob wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 8:44 pm It's close to being ok, there's just something about the seat that isn't right.
