Out on the bike. Weather mixed to say the least, scorching sun and 1/2 mile later thick sea mist.

Re: A right now thread
I'm currently on the Bilbao to Rosslare ferry somewhere in the Lundy forecast area. It's the roughest sea journey I've been on in a while. Luckily I've got a cabin, I've been in it since 8pm last night and have no reason to leave. Only 4 more hours to go. From the Met Office shipping forecast:
Lundy
GALE WARNING
Issued: 15:51 (UTC) on Sun 24 Sep 2023
Southerly gale force 8 continuing
WIND
Southwest 7 or gale 8, decreasing 4 to 6.
SEA STATE
Rough or very rough, but moderate in east.
WEATHER
Rain at first.
VISIBILITY
Good, occasionally poor at first.

4 days off!!
In the garden with gynantonyx’s and the girlfriend (fiancée) chilling. She’s had a stressful week with financial stuff and her daughter going back to Uni to do a masters, I’m trying to think of ways to ease her stress!!
Enjoy!,

Fiancée? Wooohooo! Party!
Don't think you've mentioned this development before. Anyway, congratulations.

Re: A right now thread
It would take about 40 hours to fill. And slightly cheaper to have delivered.

8 rafale jets just come over very low and very fast!
Normally (in the last 6 years) only get 2 pairs, target/attack.
Guessing the Ukraine might be getting some old French tech fairly soon!

Re: A right now thread
Ours not looking so pretty - half drained and few slabs lifted. Got to fully drain next week ready for the boys to cut in 2 new inlets, lift about 25% of the slabs and replace the buried pipework

Lolz. We have the exact same one for the granddaughter and assorted rellys kids to use - but I went out and found my missus laying in it.
