790 Adventure deals should be pretty keen then
Shame they don't do a version with 19" instead of 21" front end, the majority will spend ll their life on tarmac.
If I was in that Market I'd be after the New Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro

I think I'd prefer that every day of the week too.

I'm sure the KTM will sell but I'm struggling to picture the buyers? Is it a really serious offroad tool, or round-the-world bike?
Surely there are better Chelsea tractors if you're just going to use it for Sundays blasts to the chip shop?

Tomcat bought the 790 to do a Half way RTW trip (postponed due to you know what). They seem pretty solidly put together and apparently are very capable off road. Mind you, now they've bought out a 390 ADV I'd probably choose that to do an RTW trip before a 790....

I'd take a 690 enduro over both probably if I was doing a RTW trip. More power than the 390, not far off the 790 and lighter/simpler than both. Matey here did 84k miles on his before the dreaded rocker arms got him. Although I'd probably take an XT660 over the 690 as well.

There's actually quite a large off-road following for big bikes that are used off-road but not many genuine off-road bike bikes so I expect they'll sell well.

On a normal year there's a number of off-road rallies for big bikes both in the UK and Europe.

That looks nice, better than the Yamaha Tenere, I'd ride it off road if I bought one.

That review makes it sound as if it's almost sensible enough for me. Wouldn't mind a go. Expensive, though.
