Must have been Zanx and Dazzarilla that owned Vetamati's, and Judge the VOR then. I got them the wrong way around.....

Never knew he had either of these. I thought I knew him well

'Alas, poor Yorick, he didn't know him as well as he thought, Horatio'.

Owned 2 of them, both 350s. Also had a CZ250 twin and a 175.MyLittleStudPony wrote: ↑Sun Aug 20, 2023 9:31 pm Zundapp? Ossa maybe? Kreidler?
What about Jawa? They weren't that rare but still pretty unusual. Simpson? Tomos? I remember seeing them in Woolworths for £249.99.
I had an NSU Quickly at one time. 1960.

My brother and I bought quite a few NSU Quickly's back in the 1970's. We broke them all for spares, selling parts through Motor Cyle Weekly free ads.Bigjawa wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2023 10:42 amOwned 2 of them, both 350s. I would love to buy a Tomos Alpino, having seen one in Croatia in 2018. Never seen one for sale over here though..

I quite fancy a FB Falcon 87. They're pretty cheap, but I have concerns about 'keeping up' with modern traffic.
