Emails syncing but not downloading

On Android, with both Gmail and Outlook (different email accounts).

They both sync to display a list of emails but, when selected, will only display the same info (title and sender), body text is not downloaded.

Any ideas?

Settings?

IIRC you can set Outlook to show only titles.

Yebbut this both Gmail and Outlook simultaneously.
