Farm shop favourites.

Went to a new FS the other day, bought the crusty bread, quiche, sausage, faggots, etc, bloody expensive mind. My favourite purchase after the faggots (which were the best faggots I've ever had ) was a jar of caramelised onion relish.

So this morning I mentioned to the wife, she should try making some. This could have gone two way's, but luckily she agreed. We now have 3 large jars of the stuff.

A good day in the Shropshire kitchen.

Next weekend I can bring some interesting sausages, like wild boar, pigeon, venison, etc etc. But only if you lot will eat them and try different ones.
