I went into a 3 day comma apparently, on IV drip etc, not my most positive holiday that one!

Was it punctuated by any other symptoms?

Came home from a lovely weekend away in the camper in a sleepy little coastal town.

Found out a chap i know through my ex-bro-in-law is now in a wheelchair due to having parkinsons. Life can be short, enjoy!

Apparently if your sitting outside the pub in Wilmington you can hear it all the way to Polegate (if the road is empty).

Shoreham is north of there, do you mean Shoreham-by-Sea?
Almost as bad as people saying Welling when they mean Welwyn Garden City.
