Shredding and more shredding.
Recently retired as well as closed my website down so getting rid of years and years of paperwork some of it going back to 2005.
Not including the last 6 years that’ll have to go in the loft.

Cut the grass for the first time this year.
Not terribly exciting as things go.

One who forgives an affront fosters friendship, but one who dwells on disputes will alienate a friend.

Every day we just waited for the next announcement of what new restrictions would be implemented next and discretion being the better part of valour thought we’d ridden our luck enough and it was time to come home, even if it was the most glorious day when we left and it was a few days early!
Life’s for living, so let’s get on with it!

Re: What have you done today thread?
Over the last couple of days, I've been tidying up the pool area. I painted it 3 years ago when we bought it, but the constant sun and wind takes its toll. Lots of little repairs and filling. And those little bastard balustrade (?) things are a nightmare to paint.
That'll do the pool for a few years now.
Done lots of other repairs and painting, but just run of the mill stuff. But running out of paint. Only got about 10l left.

Just watched a live streaming gig. Richard Thompson, brilliant guitarist and songwiter, he has promised more of them in the weeks to come too

I start by looking on the floor underneath the bike an usually find it all there.

Re: What have you done today thread?
Sunday. The kids helped me empty a garden store with all the building/decorating tools and shift it down the garden by the workshop. I then reorganised it, labelled all the crates etc. and started cleaning up some rusty tools. Next stage is sorting through 30kg of assorted screws, bolts, nails and other fixings...

Yea, me too. No idea where I got it from. Has someone's initials stamped on it though.

I think it's that it's a standard mass produced adjustable, but it has a company name on it. Instant special tool.
